You will see our volunteers and members at events throughout the year in town helping to raise money for our young people.

Every penny that is earned and donated to us at events around Baldock, enable us to provide opportunities for young people within Baldock and the immediate surrounding area.

Scouts is a volunteer organisation.

We are all unpaid volunteers.

All the leaders that work tirelessly to bring our programme are unpaid volunteers. We do this because we want to give experiences, skills and opportunities to young people. We need your help to keep making it happen and providing #Skills for Life.

Volunteer with us…

From helping to run sessions to assisting with paperwork, organising and even just picking up some shopping for activities – We have so many tasks that need doing and if you can spare anything from a couple of hours a week to simply an hour a month; it helps us keep the programme running.

Donate to us…

We have a JustGiving page where you can leave us a small donation to help buy kit to offer new experiences or to help us support our young local members to do things that they might not be able to afford.

Provide us with fund raising opportunities…

We rely heavily on the goodwill and generosity of our local community through events that happen throughout the year in our wonderful town and surrounding area. If you have an event coming up where we can deploy our skills; whether it be a bacon rolls cooked on the BBQ or offering a bag drop for a cross country event. Do get in touch as we’d love the opportunity to show you our skills.
